Over the past 5 years, we have had the opportunity to assist in the transformation of this traditional lake front log/lodge home. The homeowner was looking for an escape from the “cabin effect” desiring a more sophisticated, modern and clean environment to reflect their lifestyle and house their art collection and furnishings. We started with the guest bathrooms, introducing steel framed cabinetry with opaque glass center panels, companion mirrors, and subway tile walls. Over the years, we continued this theme throughout the home. Removing existing walls and enlarging and simplifying spaces. We added consistent architectural metal installations, including sliding glass doors and partitions, combined with refined millwork throughout the space. Enjoy the journey!
